We have been retained by our client to undertake a Search and Selection campaign to assist with the recruitment for a new Chilled Foods Factory that will be operational by the end of October 2015.

Our Client is one of the UK’s leading Food Manufacturing Businesses and a dominant force within the chilled food sector.  This new site sits within one of its most innovative divisions and is seen as instrumental to the wider group’s long term growth strategy. This is a hugely ambitious project and exciting opportunity to make a huge difference within one of foods most dynamic categories.

Operating in this very fast moving  Food category, our client  supplies a number of top tier retailers with a complex premium, best in category  products As this is a complete site build from the ground up we are looking to recruit across every discipline from Operations, Commercial, Production, Category, NPD, Technical, Finance and Human Resources.

Due to the exciting nature of this project our clients has a need to recruit individuals to undertake the development of a number of new commercial relationships with Top Tier Retail customers. As key members of the senior functional team, as Sales Controller you will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of commercial strategy to drive sales growth through customer relationships, assisting in the development of best in category products through a new purpose built factory. While leading the commercial agenda for the whole site.

This will be achieved through driving and developing new and innovative products that match current consumer trends, alongside managing and developing key relationships, at all levels, with the aim of building a long-term, growing and profitable business that fits with the ambitious growth strategy across the division and wider Group.

As highlighted above we are looking to attract individuals who already have a proven and acknowledged personal brand within the chilled Foods sector; this role will only be attainable for an individual who is recognised as a commercial specialist respected and held in high regard by customers and peers alike.
