To lead and manage all SodaStream ecommerce functions, primarily development and management of sodastream.co.uk. Working with agencies and affiliates to create a vibrant sales channel for Sodastream UK through implementation of excellent marketing programmes which convert to sales. Secondarily to support ecom sales development for our strategic retail partners through provision of best practice, strong assets and selling tools. This role also leads social strategy and content.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for overall digital and ecommerce strategy in UK, including annual and quarterly planning
  • Deliver monthly budgeted sales for own ecom site through definition and implementation of active weekly trading programme which drives customer loyalty
  • Activate email marketing (Bronto) and other communication campaigns
  • Continuously improve the on line shopper experience and proposition, to create greater engagement and loyalty
  • Manage technical maintenance and continuous optimization of Sodastream.co.uk
  • Deliver proactive sales-driving support for all on our retail customers’ on line stores e.g. Amazon, Argos, Tesco Direct, ASDA, Shop Direct, Ocado etc.
  • Generate content for all online channels personally and via working agencies
  • Monitoring of key social channels and engage consumers online
  • Personally active on the social media networks and promoting the brand online
  • Acquaintance with digital marketing tools such as Google analytics, Facebook business manager etc "
  • Ability to transfer offline marketing insights to digital channels and fron online to offline"
  • Managing performance driven online campaigns (ROI based) to drive online sales on Sodastream.co.uk through digital channels
