Consumer Insight Director

A leading market research agency are looking for a Consumer Insight Director to join the team looking after one of the UK's most recognised Retail companies.

Within this Consumer Insight Director role you will be working primarily onsite two to three days a week with the client, providing and presenting detailed insights and analysis, as well as managing and developing the relationship.

Your main responsibilities as the Consumer Insight Director include:

• Leading client projects that achieve expectations in terms of time frames, quality of insight and cost.
• Establishing strong working relationship at all levels of the client's organisation with a view to continuing the long term partnership approach and developing into new areas of the business.
• Develop strong internal relationships and an excellent understanding of additional products and services from other areas of the business.
• Manage the account from direct report to strategic responsibility.
• Develop and grow the existing account base.

• A strong understanding of insight data within the FMCG / Consumer goods / Retail world.
• Experience of managing and developing teams
• Fantastic relationship building and presentation skills
• Experience in data analysis and delivering insight.
