Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, the role will have one direct report (Mktg Exec) and will be responsible for a multiple brand portfolio equating to the value of c£60m. You will work closely with the Category business unit understanding and using the consumer and category insights to develop the brand plans including brand positioning, range architecture & channel strategy. The role will require excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple cross-functional projects, meeting budgets and deadlines whilst managing internal & external stakeholders such as design and comms agencies.



The successful candidate will have the following criteria/background:

  • Ideally marketing / business graduate with strong track record in FMCG brand management covering all elements of the marketing mix
  • Strategic marketing experience including brand repositioning
  • Strong influencing and communication skills and able to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Savvy with category data and the ability to use insights to help develop brand development
  • Must be robust with the ability to adapt quickly to business change
  • Ideally some marketing budget management experience
  • Must be able to work in the East Midlands on a daily basis
