We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager (Asda) to join our team in Kiveton, Sheffield. The successful candidate will develop and deliver sustained profitable growth for a specific customer base.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create and execute customer specific account plans to grow sales in line with company strategy and targets.
  • Generate the customers volume forecast showing the most likely outcome for key metrics on a rolling two year period.
  • Formulate and implement promotional plans, in line with sales forecasts, to contribute to the delivery of GC strategic goals
  • Maintain close working relationship with key customers by building market and competitor knowledge which identifies and proactively satisfies their requirements for development of potential new business opportunities.
  • Participate in NPD process development through facilitating appropriate engagement between customer and the GC team which creates mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Provide appropriate information and insight to internal customer and production teams to promote effective delivery of current customer requirements and appropriately focus product/site/division future development.



Skills & Experience
  • Graduate calibre
  • Chilled FMCG preferred
  • Knowledge of Category Management
