This is an excellent opportunity to join them as a Key Account Manager working alongside an Account Controller on key regional Merchant Trade accounts, across the North of England and Scotland. You will be targeted to drive the Ideal Standard agenda and promotional calendar within the accounts, working to key objectives as agreed with the Account Controller. You will have full contribution and commitment to a national sales plan, and as well as extensive customer contact you will act as a key internal liaison with other functional departments and senior management within Ideal Standard. 

So a major strength would obviously be communication and influencing ability, and someone who wouldn’t shy away from challenging senior management and trying new things. Ideally, a graduate from a well-trained and structured FMCG background, and someone who is looking to make the next step in their field sales career to a position and company that encourages individuality and commercial flair. You must be able to fit into a fast paced, changing environment and be the kind of person keen to take on a variety of challenges and projects.
