LFB are looking to recruit an Assistant Operations Manager for our well known innovative craft brewery. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and assuming responsibility for operations in the Operations Manager’s absence, as well as being the outward face of the company, you will be responsible for all areas of the brewery to include:

• Business management and profitability
• Sales, marketing and brand management and representation
• Production and stock
• Logistics
• Compliance
• HR

Direct experience running a brewery’s operations is not essential more a proven track record in delivering operations and business management excellence. Training will be provided where necessary. High levels of energy, natural creative flair and being an ‘ideas person’ are essential as you will be expected to introduce new concepts and innovations whilst delivering our plans. The ideal candidate will be a high achieving professional with a manufacturing or niche brand management background or someone who has worked as a pubco general manager or assistant area/ops manager that can understand our place in the market and is looking for a highly challenging, but equally rewarding role.

This year we are looking to continue our triple digit year on year growth; you will be responsible for delivering this alongside the operations manager in accordance with our growth strategy as well as implementing and marketing a rebrand. You will need considerable planning skills to achieve this as you will have to consider not just selling more but also how to produce and deliver it consistently and seamlessly. Your focus will be on delivering a profitable, rapidly expanding business with our tight-knit, passionate team.

£35-40k+ OTE, comprising £30-35k basic according to experience, with a £5k OTE bonus with higher bonuses available for achievement. Perks include staff discount and access to some of the best gigs in London at our onsite Brewhouse venue.
