What you will do:

Our strategic sales and marketing plan is in place and we now need a passionate and committed senior manager to join our team and deliver outstanding results. Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, shape the agenda, manage and grow key customer relationships, target trends and prioritise growth opportunities. In this broad commercial role you will take full commercial responsibility and ensure that we achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

About You:

You will revel in the pace, autonomy and customer centric nature of our business and you’ll quickly feel at home and start delivering results. You have a track record of success as a Senior NAM or Head of Sales within a progressive food manufacturer. You’ll need a passion for food and be comfortable working as part of the senior team, with colleagues in our factory as well as development chefs and food technologists within your customers - however it is your hard work, commercial acumen and ability to coach and motivate a winning team which will result in your success.
