They are now looking for a Brand Account Manager to join the team… could this be you?


Key Responsibilities:

The key remit of the role of Brand Account Manager is to be the first point of contact for a designated brand, providing a brilliant service working in partnership with the retail team to create and implement agreed business and marketing plans. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will supervise a talented Trade Marketing Executive to deliver results for your brand.

* To deliver the agreed annual budget for your brand, driving revenue, profitability, market share and household penetration.
* To create a strategic vision and growth strategy for your brand and communicate and champion this internally.
* To initiate, manage and implement all commercial activities (marketing and trade) securing commitment and alignment from the brand owner, ensuring effective and timely communication and securing the required resources through effective influencing.
* Coordinating the reporting requirements and ensuring they are both accurate and timely.
* Monitoring and evaluating all marketing and trade activities against agreed KPI's and report appropriately.
* Be the brand expert within AAF for your brand, managing the strategic and operational relationship with the brand owner, manufacturing partners and internal category and sales teams.
* Manage the marketing mix for your brand, encompassing product management / development, packaging, POP/POS and consumer communications via the brand owner.
* To be the consumer champion for your brand via consumer research, insight and trend spotting in addition to consumer communications via social media.
* Development of your direct reports individual skills, facilitating individual personal development.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with at least 7 years FMCG Marketing experience that includes brand marketing and working with the UK grocery trade. Candidates with experience gained in a UK Grocery retailer are also encouraged to apply. You will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of delivering results.
