Location: South East


The Role:

National Account Manager required for leading global FMCG Food Brand. This role will involve account managing Grocery accounts including ASDA, Morrisons and LIDL.

Reporting to a National Account Controller, you will have total autonomy in the role, with responsibility for designated sales targets and portfolio growth, enabling you to run your business unit cost effectively ensuring development of your customer base and an increase in growth and distribution.

You will be required to take a strategic approach to the role, developing strong long term relationships and partnerships purely at a head office level. Dealing with senior decision makers, you will be a very confident and skilled presenter and negotiator.

An excellent networker you will have an excellent eye for identifying and creating opportunities in existing clients.

You will have the support and backup of a highly dedicated, effective and company-focused team who will support you in all area's to ensure that you have all the support and tools necessary to succeed. This is a superb opportunity for the successful candidate.

My client is a global brand within food. A blue chip organization employing over 1000 employees globally.

FMCG Branded Food leader. As a result of significant growth in the Nationals sector, the company now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join the team.


Requirements:

• Proven experience of working as a National Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
• Branded food or drink experience.
• Food, Or Non-food experience
• Experience of Top Grocery sector essential.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Honest, reliable, trustworthy.
• Work well under pressure.
• Highly resilient, charismatic and outgoing.
• Strong confidence levels.
• Great Multi-tasker.
• South East based.

Package:

Basic Salary: £55,000.
Commission: 15% bonus
Benefits: Car / Or Allowance + pension + benefits.
