The Role:

My client is one of the world's most recognizable beer brands. With over 2000 employees in the UK alone, they now have a superb opportunity for a National Account Manager to have full P&L responsibility for one of their major grocery accounts.

As National Account Manager - Grocery, you will work within a highly capable Account team, aimed at delivering budget volume, net sales revenue and market share. The role will typically have the primary, front facing responsibility for the trading relationship with key off trade Grocery Accounts.

The job holder will take a holistic approach to the needs of the business area in which they partner using a range of developed consumer, shopper and customer category based skills - adding insight and developing initiatives that are tailored to the customer's needs.

Requirements:

Proven track record in a similar, commercial FMCG role. Knowledge of grocery sector would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent understanding of consumer and shopper and applying the insight.
A pro-active, highly engaged individual, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with ability to influence at all levels.
Channel shopper and off trade consumer understanding.


Package:

Basic Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Dependent upon experience.
