Job Details
The business is now seeking a proven brand marketing professional to join the EMEA team and help drive growth target regions and develop the key existing areas across Europe and further afield. The role will have two direct reports and will interface with cross-functional UK teams in addition to remote communications with the international distribution network. You will be responsible for leading the innovation plan and roll-out across EMEA. International travel will also be expected on a monthly basis allowing 2 days per trip with 12-15 visits expected across the year.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Significant brand marketing experience ideally within the FMCG industry
- Solid commercial acumen with evidence of using this within a marketing environment
- Have the ability to deliver on multiple and complex projects as well as growth drivers and marketing initiatives
- Experience of working in an International/European marketing role would be advantageous
- Must be comfortable with 2 consecutive days away from home on a monthly basis
- Must be able to work from the Head Office in the Midlands on a daily basis
- Degree educated is essential
