SlimFast is the UK’s leading weight management brand and the company has recently  embarked on probably one of the most unique and exciting ‘start up’ journeys of its kind in FMCG.  

Now in the hands of experienced private equity ownership the aims of an entirely new management team are clear; to more than double the size of the business by rejuvenating the brand and slimming category, establishing an entirely relevant consumer proposition.  

Investment in new product innovation, as never seen before, as well as compelling communication will support a total re-launch to the UK retail trade.  

This is a newly created company with enterprise and pace in everything it wants to achieve, with the benefits of an established UK and US brand with a relentless ambition to transform nutritional weight management in the UK.

The potential is huge and the competition is generally unprepared.  

Working closely amongst an exceptional and accomplished Sales & Marketing team, this role will primarily focus on establishing the UK operation’s sales vision with its key Grocery and Health & Beauty retail customers.  

You will co-create the route to market strategy as one of the customer champions within the company with the input and support of the wider highly trained consumer and shopper marketing teams.

You will have an impressive account management background within branded FMCG, either straight from blue chip corporate life or even from a highly entrepreneurial environment right now.  

The key to your suitability will be your ambitious and impatient desire to be part of a fast paced and results driven company that will stop at nothing to achieve its clear aims.
