Location – Ideal home location Slough to Bristol, covering a team from South Wales to Essex/Kent

Salary – £30,000, up to 10% bonus opportunity, Company Pension, Healthcare + Company Car

We need to add to our very successful Energy Drinks Leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the UKs most exciting field marketing agency, Orchid Field Marketing, winner of Grand Prix Gold Award “FMCG Team of the Year” at the 2012 FM&BE Awards.    

This role provides the opportunity to work as a real driver of results within the soft drinks category – energy drinks.

We are looking for a Manager who has previous experience of a field sales team, ideally within the soft drinks industry.  

The Manager we require must have the energy and enthusiasm to lead a team of fresh, enthusiastic sales people.

• You will be responsible for recruiting, driving and motivating a team to ensure they retain and increase distribution of the range within Wholesale depots, NUS sites and top Independent retail stores.
• You will be goal orientated, data driven and revenue-focused with the ability to quickly establish relationships and manage a growth orientated sales strategy.
• You will have sound knowledge of the market and promotional trends, with the ability to lead local and national initiatives and product launches.

If you have at least one year’s leadership responsibility, are self-motivated with the drive and ambition to build, lead and support a team, this role could be for you!  

Relevant experience of the soft drinks industry will be an advantage.

It is a requirement of this role that you hold a full driving licence.  

Due to the geographical reach of each territory, and need to regularly work with all team members, a willingness to travel long distances and stay away from home each month is a requirement of the successful candidates.
