The role
As the successful Shopper Marketing Insights Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of a shopper amplification plan to drive initiatives that drive profitable business growth for the company and their customers. As the Shopper Marketing Insights Manager you will be expected to work with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies to meet customer and business growth expectations. You will partner closely with the insight teams to integrate syndicated, propriety and custom research and analyses into Shopper Marketing Plans.
The successful Shopper Marketing Insights Manager will:
- Currently hold the position of Shopper Marketing Executive/Manager, Shopper Insights Executive/Manager, Consumer Insights Manager or equivalent.
- Must have strong experience with sales execution and the sales process.
- Be able to think strategically and have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Be able to lead cross-functional teams across multiple levels.
- Have a pro-active and energetic personality.
- Ideally be degree educated or equivalent.
In return you will receive a salary up to £55,000 + bonus, company car, pension, healthcare and other company benefits.
