The Role

As a member of the Tactical Sales Support team at Retail Marketing you’re to take ownership of supporting the promotion of LG products within a specific geographical area.  As part of the LG team you will be responsible for supporting on all brand engagement, product training, demonstrations, merchandising and sales within the stores in your region, ultimately increasing sales of the client’s products.

Along the way you will build strong partnerships in store and develop these with key colleagues/store managers, ensuring the longevity of brand support, brand presence and sales. 

What We Expect

As a Tactical Sales Support team member you should act as representative for both Retail Marketing and LG in-store, at events or any other function where you are working.

Proactively demonstrate LG products features and technology to customers and store colleagues, ensuring the benefits and advantages are clearly communicated and understood, supporting where needed.

Good communication skills, engaging with the public and building rapport easily are all qualities of a Tactical Sales Support team member at Retail Marketing; you’ll need to be able to do these things with customers & store colleagues to fulfill the role. Leaving a positive lasting impression about LG and yourself is also very important.

While in-store you will support in maximizing merchandising opportunities within stores, through negotiation and building relationships with store management teams. Support in the implementation, merchandising and promotional activities to maximise impact of existing and new product launches and ensure the stores in your region are 100% compliant where possible in regards to product displays, power and POS.

Supporting with the hosting and attending  of events for both consumers and store staff at specified venues will also be a part of this role, whether it be organising promotional events / preview evenings behind the scenes for staff and selected customers. Ensuring that all promotional items, including POS, competition items etc. are organised and prepared is vital.

You will also be responsible for supporting the education and communication to the retail stores in your specific region on forthcoming new release products and LG’s brand.

Admin

Conduct yourself in a professional manner as laid out in the Retail Marketing Group guide

Complete all call reporting information by COP each day, including uploading of photographs

Authorise and submit weekly online reports

Collection and reporting of Data using Retail Marketing systems
