Office based – Uxbridge

By developing snacking category growth in a specific retailer or cluster, you can help us become the snacking partner of choice for UK retailers – and reach even more consumers. 

As a Customer Category Development Controller, it’ll be your job to lead and build Partnerships between us and our Retailers by developing a network of deep relationships based on Total Snacking Category Growth and Shopper needs.

We will ask you to partner with our Customers to develop a long term snacking vision that will unlock Category Growth for the future, driven by Shopper needs and build great plans that bring that to life.  

We would also like you to share and influence our internal business with the needs of the Customer, Category and Shopper.  

It means not only developing great partnerships with our Customers, but internally too within our Sales & Marketing Teams.

We will also ask you to lead the day to day management of all of our Snacking Categories within your Customer to guide us on Category Performance, Range Reviews, Category Initiatives and of course, inspire and coach a small team of your own.

To join, you’ll need a degree-level qualification (or equivalent). You’ll also need an unwavering focus on your customers, excellent analytical and motivational skills, and a real drive for results.

Business acumen and strategic agility are a definite plus, and you’ll need to know how to balance competing priorities.

Finally, you should have considerable FMCG commercial experience and be familiar with the Nielsen database.
