Office based – Uxbridge or Bournville

You can help by being the considered voice of the customer internally and helping to shape an annual contract and business strategy.

As National Account Manager Independents, we’ll look to you to create and develop a customer JBP to meet business goals and annual contracts while maximising return on investment.

You’ll also be our voice externally in order to achieve core KPIs such as base business, new product introduction and big bet activation in line with our annual programme.

Crucially, you’ll take ownership of the relevant business processes and systems involved in managing the customer account.

In addition, we’ll rely on you to manage all customer meetings and act as the interface between our businesses.

Whether building a customer JBP leveraging strategy, agreeing and implementing distribution targets or managing audit requirements for pricing, one thing’s for sure – you won't be short of challenges.

To join, you’ll need a degree level education and a results-driven approach. We’ll also be looking for a track record in selling, together with the perseverance it takes to succeed, no matter what the challenge.

Great at motivating and influencing others, you're someone who takes pride in their ability to deliver great execution every day too. And, when it comes to providing accurate forecasts, dealing with financial metrics or simply liaising with other departments to ensure everyone provides the very best customer service, again, you deliver.
