Revenue Growth Management Controller

One of Britain's most prestigious food producers, known for its household favourites and consumer-focused innovation, is seeking a shrewd and influential Revenue Growth Management Controller to drive customers' and shoppers' needs deep into the company's strategic thinking, translating these strategies into success.

As our client's Revenue Growth Management Controller you'll develop, agree and execute the promotional strategy for category / brands, improving promotional return on investment. You will analyse and review business forecasts and key issues in the business planning process, working with account and brand teams to build contingency and gap closure plans when shortfalls are forecast.

This sales leadership post calls for someone with significant commercial experience, gained within a Blue Chip FMCG company. The successful candidate will be someone with impressive profit and loss understanding, who has the diplomacy and nous to consistently impress, and the talent and persistence to realise performance goals and opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
 

• Ensuring sales and customer strategies are integrated into brand plans
• Translating brand and category strategies into plans to deliver budgeted sales
• Working across functions to devise bottom-up budget analysis, including identifying risk and opportunities
• Leading and developing the medium-term pack price architecture strategy for brands.
