Summary

The CDM will be responsible for developing & implement a three year professional strategy for the relevant R2M.

You will have full P&L responsibility as well as JBP & NPD experience.

Description

-Build & develop a strategic platform to deliver rapid growth over the next three - five years.
-Implementing appropriate commercial plan.
-Deliver quarterly & annual report to include: sales, profit & margins.
-Through 5P planning, accurately forecast investment, volume & sales.
-Monthly identification of risk & potential opportunities.
-Proactively implementing business development projects to increase broader brand awareness both internally & externally.
-Identifying new business opportunities externally to grown & maximise existing accounts.



Profile

As a Customer Development Manager it is likely that you will have a strong FMCG background & may be looking for your next progression role within a blue chip organisation.

You will need commercial acumen, with numeracy skills and familiarity with budgets and P&L.

Ability to present, influence & negotiate at board level & a proven track record of profitable sales delivery.
