In the time that my client has been established, they have developed quickly, constantly acquiring new brands and new trading opportunities. With over 50 year’s industry experience, they have continued to grow, now worth in excess of £12 million. Operating within the premium end of the industry, their range of branded products are sold into independent retail and professional salons. Currently, the business is very successful internationally, working across 70 markets, in particular very successful across Australia. The business is always looking to acquire new brands, now having a portfolio that includes colour cosmetics, luxury bathing and tanning products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business as an Area Manager, covering the South of the UK.  Working with specifically one of the businesses successful brands your responsibilities will include implementing sales strategy across independent retail and professional salons, managing client relationships, working to exceed the revenue of targets. Within the position you will be responsible for the management of a field sales team. You will report directly to the Head of Brand Development, where you will work together to grow the brand and continue its success. A key part of your role will be in identifying new business opportunities and areas for future development, selling the products and services of the business.

In order to be considered for this position, the successful candidate must have a working knowledge of competitor brands within the market place. It is essential that you have experience within the industry working at national account/territory level, preferably 3 years. You must be able to create lasting relationships, engaging with people across indecent, retail and salons. This is a commercial role and resultantly, candidates must be business minded and commercially aware.
