General Sales Managers – Food  & Beverage – Across the GCC Region.

An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

The Roles
We are currently sourcing Senior Sales Managers to support large geographical van sales territories within Saudi Arabia to achieve budgeted & targeted sales volumes and margin.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the business across current and prospective retail accounts by delivering measurable sales growth across the entire product portfolio which includes Dairy, Juices, Baked and Poultry products.

You are likely to have had in excess of 15 years industry experience with at least 5 years at a senior management level as either: 

  • A Senior Retail Key Account Manager
  • A Senior Territory Sales Manager   

Ideally you will have worked within a similar food & beverage manufacturing environment to Almarai.

You will have demonstrable business development skills and have dealt with senior buyers within large and recognizable food & beverage retail operations.

Naturally your interpersonal skills need to be first class when dealing with your customers, suppliers, colleagues and staff.

Key Responsibilities will include: 

  • Achieving Sales targets defined through annual budget
  • In store Promotional planning and execution
  • Identifying and tracking new business opportunities
  • Account management and forecast planning
  • Negotiating contracts & renewals
  • Driving innovation/ new product portfolio through account base

Qualifications:
Essential 

  • Degree in relevant subject – Business / Management / 
  • Excellent communication of written and spoken English 
  • Highly numerical and analytical 
  • Computer literate 
  • Driving license 

Desirable

  • Computer literate in Sales Analyzing tools 
  • Written and spoken Arabic.
