Based in Northamptonshire we are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to join the expanding team!  

Due to a period of growth and development, we are presently recruiting a number of key positions, one being a Commercial Manager.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Commercial Manager on the top six accounts. The role comes with full P&L responsibility for the accounts covering both Brand and Private Label. 
In the role you will be expected to manage and grow the top six accounts in line with business strategy, whilst showing excellent customer management skills and commercial acumen. Delivering new, profitable sales opportunities, in new customer and product ranges and providing solid sales forecast for the business to respond to which will then drive the supply chain. 
Day to day you will be managing everything from the administration of a busy customer portfolio to ensuring all elements are completed in full and on time. You will be expected to produce annual sales budget and supporting channel plan that concisely capture the key targets.
 
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a proven FMCG Commercial Manager who will hold the following skills:

  • Experience delivering sales results in a top 6 Grocery FMCG environment
  • Experience of driving and delivering scale NPD projects for customers
  • Full P&L responsibility, with a track record of consistent growth
  • Experience of fresh produce or dried fruits nuts and seeds would be beneficial but not essential
