A leading branded food FMCG based in Middlesex is seeking talented national account manager to work as part of their grocery customer team. This is a big role but will suit someone who is on their way up or someone moving across from the convenience or wholesale channel.


Responsibilities:

-Create annual customer business plans to deliver mutual category growth for both customer & consumer.

-Meet customer volume & revenue targets working within the agreed expenditure budgets

-Review effectiveness of trade spend vs. planned objectives and amend future strategies.

-Achieve product listing and distribution targets within the agreed timescales, supported by agreed merchandising solutions. Support the achievement of company share targets.

-In association with Customer & Category Marketing, develop compelling presentations which support the achievement of business objectives.

Previous experience in national accounts or as a retail buyer ideally in the food sector is strongly preferred. A strong commercial acumen and an ability to work autonomously with a strong drive and entrepreneurial nature are key. Full training and development will be given and they are looking for people who will be future potential leaders.
