Field Sales Executive  - LUXURY WATCHES

Based accessible M62 corridor

O.T.E £36,000 – Year 1.

Salary upwards of £30K + On Target Bonus £4.2K p.a. paid quarterly and new account opening target when met £1K payable annually

+ high specification company car  + monthly lunch allowance + company credit card + tablet / mobile phone +pension & healthcare after six months qualifying timeframe.

A new world order is fast taking shape within our industry and the historical market leaders are now facing competition possibly for the first time in several decades.

Already champion watchmakers within their own continent our client’s attention has turned to Europe.

Having acquired recently a number of highly revered Watch Manufacturing businesses they are set ready to realise their worldwide distribution deserve.

In terms of candidate it is really a necessity that the future appointee responsible for this portfolio of watch brands does have previous experience selling and marketing watch merchandise .

As a number of the brands are already successfully distributed within the UK the challenge ahead can be neatly divided into three main areas.

To begin with there is a requirement to service multiple accounts at a branch level ensuring store personnel are adequately product trained and observing best in-store brand marketing etiquette.

Further to this element there are already Independently owned Retail Jewellers regionally who require to see a visiting Sales Representative. The purpose of which is to present new technologies / styles and to continue with extending their stores commitment to retail specifically bought group brands.

Of equal daily time priority will be the requirement to search out for new business .Though the brand portfolio now represented by their  ‘Luxury Watch division’ has in effect tripled after announcements made at Baselworld.

It will be therefore clear that ‘ watch industry knowledge , ability to network , familiarity with every sell-in /sell through industry standard would present the incoming appointee with a massive advantage.

You will need to be fantastically organised – be able to shoulder the early responsibility of being a key part of a small but elite team  - and travel wise prepared to cover effectively half of the UK.
