We are currently looking to recruit a Business Executive to work within our Multi Channel team on a fixed term contract through to April 2016. You will support the team to manage a portfolio of Convenience customer accounts which will include managing both the shopper activation and administration of accounts.

Key responsibilities within this role will be to take full responsibility for the non-price budget across convenience and foodservice. You will be the main point of contact for Booker Convenience queries one day per week, along with providing additional cover for Convenience team as and when required. You will work with the AR team to ensure customer debt >30 days is >2% and that all issues are swiftly investigated and managed.

Providing co-ordination and a point of contact for Business Managers to support work on day to day issues such as code concessions, late deliveries and quality issues, you will gain experience of working with Business Managers to deliver projects, developing a thorough understanding of the organisation and how processes work here within Arla.

To be successful in this role you will be educated to degree level and have previous administrative or sales experience within a Sales or Marketing arena. Good communication, persuasive selling and negotiation skills are essential for this position along with the ability to work well with others as part of a team.
