Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity for a supply chain coordinator to join a rapidly growing food business in their small but expanding head office team. Supply Chain Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute, in collaboration with the customer's supply chain team an 'end to end' joint supply chain plan.
• Liaising with the factory to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled and despatched on time.
• Management of 3PLs
• Working closely with the factory to agree on production plans
• Propose, agree and regularly review with the customer forecasts, ensuring alignment with our internal forecast, to further improve forecast accuracy and improve service level.
• Create and maintain all supply chain trackers, so that data is analysed efficiently and accurately to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Input into any reported Global Customer Supply Chain requirements to ensure best practise is being shared and implemented.
• Weekly and monthly reporting

To be a successful supply chain coordinator:

• Supply chain experience in a similar FMCG or Retail environment.
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Customer facing experience or be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Highly analytical
• The ability to build close working relationships.
