The Business

Brewers operates over 150 Decorators Centres across the UK plus a number of digital brands which have international reach. We are a family owned business with an annual turnover in excess of £150m and for more than 100 years have been delivering the highest standards of service to our customers.

The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Director to manage all Commercial aspects of the business, including marketing, sales and purchasing as well as a regional management team who have responsibility for our branch network. It is an exciting time as the business has ambitious growth plans and now requires the right person to lead and implement a development strategy that puts our customer at the centre of everything we do and delivers exceptional long term profitable growth. The right person will have the vision to see the possibilities that are available to us and the ability to instigate business change to capture them.

The Person

To be considered for this role, you will be a highly capable leader and a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and influence those around you and have proven exceptional management skills. You will have an excellent track record and be looking to work as part of a dynamic and progressive leadership team of an expanding Company. You will be a leader of a thriving business or business unit with experience of the core commercial functions of marketing, sales and purchasing as well as experience of multi-branch network operations.
