Area Sales Manager

The Role: Outstanding opportunity for an experienced people manager to expand on rapid growth of the area by developing an already well performing team and managing key accounts to maximise turnover. Covering the Midlands territory your role will be split between managing the team of 6 field salespeople and generating revenue through the on-trade accounts. The role will be purely people management and account management on an area already generating £12 million in revenue.

With rapid expansion over the last few years and ambitious plans to grow in the future this is an excellent opportunity for an experience sales manager to grow with the company.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Field sales experience
• You must have a track record of managing a sales team
• Candidates from a food service or drinks wholesaling background are highly preferred
• Strong relationship building and team playing skills are vital
