Description
This is a really exciting role working as a Regional Account Manager for this well known FMCG company. With a strong performance the successful candidate will be on a fast track career path to the next level within 18 months. Covering a defined territory within South Coast; managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, you will be responsible for;
Developing sales opportunities of the companies well known branded products within the food service sector. Selling to Pubs, Restaurants, Canteens etc.
Identifying new client prospects and converting into key clients in order to turn generate new revenue streams for your territory.
Demonstrating exciting New Product Development by training your account sales team on your branded proposition.
Responsible for measuring budget/volume performance and gaining joint agreement for action plans.
*Be hungry to progress within business that is renowned on pushing their employees through the organisation in good time
Profile
This well know FMCG business is seeking ambitious and driven Regional Account Manager; ideally you will be:
* Driven + hungry to progress, as typical progression path is within 12 to 18 months.
*Previous experience of running a territory, FMCG sales experience not essential.
* Passionate, resilient and strong communicator.
