Summary

Due to a number of recent brand acquisitions my client are looking for a number of senior national account managers to join their leading pet care business, looking after one of the top four Grocers.


Client Details

My client is a multinational FMCG organisation with a strong track record of success in the pet care market. They have recently acquired more brands and are setting up a new business unit to focus specifically on these brands. They have a great working environment based on trust & autonomy, with an SME feel.


Description

The National Account Manager will be responsible for major multiple accounts, owning the trading relationship on the account. You will run your own P & L, promotional plan and joint business plan, with the full support and backing of the business as & when you need it. There are strong trading relationships already in place with these retailers, so it is key that you can manage the transition of the brands into the new business unit effectively with as little disruption as possible.


Profile

Successful applicants will come from FMCG background and will have experience of managing one of the top four grocers. You will have experience of managing P&L, creating JBPs and driving all of the promotional activity on your account.

You will have strong communication and negotiation skills to be able to influence internal and external stakeholders.


Job Offer

£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary + Car + Bonus + Group benefits package
