This is the opportunity to work with some of the UK's best loved soft drink brands. This Insight Role will be driving insight-led business growth through consumer, shopper and competitor understanding becoming the voice of the consumer. This will be reporting to the Marketing teams as well as broader Commercial and R&D teams.

The Key Responsibilities for this role are:
*Lead and manage consumer and shopper insights projects to define and embed clear and compelling insights which enable us to grow our business and deliver competitive advantage.
*To act as a strategic business partner for the brand team - driving insight into everything that we do.
*Flexibility when required to work across strategic priorities
*Communicate relevant insights and trends to support brand strategy and activation.
*To respond positively to other ad hoc requests, supporting an environment of curiosity, conviction, proactivity and pace of change.
*Managing research agency relationships on a day to day basis to deliver world-class insight in a cost effective manner.
*Interacting with and influencing key planning partners at our creative and media agencies.
*Lead and facilitate workshops and learning sessions to build learning and to ensure insights are truly embedded in the business.
*Ensure that the business has a clear understanding of the impact of our marketing activations - communications and innovation - through leading analysis of multiple qual and quant data sources to provide clear and compelling insights

The successful candidate will show:
*Extensive stand-alone experience in a consumer insight environment ideally client and agency side, but client side experience a must.
*A broad range of hands-on research project management and data analysis experience, covering qualitative and quantitative approaches and syndicated data.
*Deep FMCG / drinks industry knowledge and experience.
*An experienced all-round insight and research specialist, with the ability to deliver competitive advantage through the communication of compelling and actionable insight.
*A genuine passion for understanding what makes consumers tick and inspiring others to do the same.
*A positive character, with the confidence and gravitas to play the role of the "objective voice of the consumer"
*An inspiring and dynamic communicator, able to present to internal stakeholders.
*Consultative team player, able to engage with and influence a range of stakeholders.
