The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to take their first steps into a Trainee Territory Manager position and combine hands on experience with an accelerated training and development programme under the guidance of the Regional Manager. The appointed individual will be instrumental in assisting the team achieve key sales targets and objectives for the region. Throughout this ongoing programme, the successful candidate will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver sales success and introduce new
business.
The Person:
We’re looking for driven, hardworking and ambitious individuals with the ability to establish good working relationships with people at all levels of the business. Applicants should also possess:
• 1 years+ experience within a competitive sales environment
• A strong desire to sell in an FMCG business
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A strong ambition to succeed
• Willingness to travel and work in a large geographical area
• A Full Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria:
• Knowledge and experience of the horticulture or pet food industry
