Home based – with access to Midlands office once a week

WHAT WILL YOU DO: They are now looking to strengthen their team with key appointment. Reporting to a Business Unit Controller, you will take full P&L responsibility and lead the commercial agenda with a portfolio of important customers. These are a mix of Retailers and Wholesalers and your experience in Cash and Carry, Wholesale or Foodservice would be ideal to help you understand how to grow sales and profits. You will be supported by a first class marketing and customer service team and outstanding leadership from an experienced and committed senior team.

ABOUT YOU: You are likely to be a bright graduate with structured FMCG experience from either the food or non-food sectors. You are able to develop winning joint business plans with customers and negotiate long term trading agreements. You now feel ready for more accountability and a more senior role.
