Working across our most profitable sectors including FMCG, Consumer, Business Services, IT & Telco the Recruitment Specialist for the Interim Desk will place specialist sales professionals into immediately available roles, maternity cover, sick leave and contract roles.

Description

Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined set of clients who will range from international conglomerates through to rapidly expanding SME's. These accounts fall within the FMCG & Consumer Sales, Business Services, Professional Services and IT & Telco industry.
We are flexible allowing you to work between our Midlands bases (Leicester or Birmingham) you will target clients within your local geography initially creating interest through your telephone sales skills before meeting them face to face to close the deal. You will receive extensive classroom and on the job training enabling you to converse confidently and successfully with senior decision makers in the corporate world.
You will become a specialist in interim and contract sales recruitment, at Page Group we encourage our consultants to become immersed in their market be that through meeting candidates, clients or attending relevant trade shows.



Profile

As a Recruitment Specialist across the interim & contracts market you must thrive in a busy sales environment and enjoy developing existing accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities.
This role is office based in Leicester or Birmingham, with great access to the M1, M6 and M69 motorways consultants are expected to be out visiting clients on a regular basis.
We want candidates to have an understanding of the temps/interim market.
You must be a team player, you will work in a fun office environment where there is a strong work hard/play hard attitude.
Your commercial background will be within sales or recruitment preferably within the business to business environment. Knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Sales is advantageous but not essential.
