Trade Marketing Manager | Personal Care | London - M4 Corridor

BW Penman are recruiting a Trade Marketing Manager for a market leading FMCG business based along on the M4 Corridor in London. 

Ideal for those stepping up from Trade Marketing Executive, Customer Marketing Executive or Shopper Marketing Executive into your first role at management grade. 

This position reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for managing the full activation plan for one of the business's largest categories in the UK and in Ireland, in cooperation with the local sales team and in line with the European strategy.

The successful candidate will analyse the available data for insights (market and sales), identify opportunities and recommendations, prepare new product launches and coordinate national promotional plans from creation-up to in-store availability.

He / she will play a key role in supporting the drive for distribution with the sales team and key stake holders in the UK, exploring new markets and channels, presenting the action plans to the local sales teams: training, motivating and supporting them to achieve targeted results.
