Are you interested in working on some of the biggest global food and beverage brands? Here at PepsiCo we are currently looking for a National Account Manager to work selling our fantastic brands including Walkers, Quaker and Tropicana to name a few. We currently have a couple of opportunities supporting some high profile customers in the Impulse / Convenience / Wholesale channels. If this sounds like the opportunity for you, keep reading!

In a nutshell, this role will give you the opportunity to develop Joint Business Plans and have ownership of your account with the support of the Customer Business Manager. You'll manage the negotiation of Joint Business Plans, be very close to the numbers / forecasts, negotiate terms and build first class relationships both externally and internally.

What you'll get up to:
  • Day-to-day management of high profile account.
  • Strategic business planning to deliver targets on NPD, share, distribution and space.
  • Ownership of our Joint Business Plan.
  • Full P&L ownership of your account(s).
  • Forecasting and reporting to provide insightful data.
  • Manage and develop cross-functional relationships and ways of working, both internally and externally.


What we're looking for:
  • Previous account management experience gained in FMCG sales
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent relevant experience
  • Extensive UK market experience
  • First rate interpersonal skills
  • A creative and strategic mindset
  • Experience of forecasting and financial management
  • Experience of managing a P&L
  • Analytical with a great attention to detail
  • Category management experience - desirable
