New Product Development – Account Management – Range Reviews – Contract Manufacturing – Toiletries – Cosmetics

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded specialist manufacturer within the private label, health & beauty sector, working in partnership with national brands, developing new products and seasonal gifting concepts.

You will be working with niche and mass market brands and start-ups and work in partnership with them in developing range creations, competitor analysis and mood boards etc to define and develop new product development business opportunities.

Balanced with this highly creative role you will need to be commercially astute in knowing the numbers and costs across complex components and raw materials to make this profitable from both sides.

Our ideal candidate would have experience within the beauty product development business and have been on the manufacturing partner side to fully appreciate what is involved in complex product development processes.

Above all you will need to be experienced enough in this specialised health & beauty sector and have the confidence to work autonomously, being self-motivated and driven to succeed in this role and establish an exciting future.
