About our Client:

A National Account Controller is needed due to headcount expansion for a client who are making huge waves in the consumer healthcare industry. With household multi million pound brands, one of the fastest NPD pipelines in the market, operating globally with over 210,000 SKUS.

The business has grown by 9-fold in 2 years and is continuing the growth strategy with some of the top minds in FMCG leading them.

While the business sounds blue chip it most certainly is not. Organic growth is continually shaping the structure and provides an entrepreneurial working culture to give you a chance to move from the mundane and really make a mark for yourself.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will oversee full P&L accountability, tasked with growing net sales and profitability across different categories and retailers in line with company objectives. You will build strong relationships with key senior retail contacts, play a pivotal role internally in driving commercial initiatives cross functionally and ensure business plans are implemented effectively.

The role encompasses huge amounts of commercial autonomy, and leads a team of c. 3 direct reports, with c. 3 further indirect reports. You will play a pivotal role in their development - whilst also being seen as a key figure within the commercial leadership team. For high performers, there are fantastic opportunities for further progression across the organisation in the UK and potentially further down the line internationally.

About You:

The business are looking for high performers of graduate calibre. You will have exceptional negotiation and leadership capabilities and possess a strong track record within the Grocery or High St Channel.  You can be a SNAM or Retail Buyer stepping up for man management or a current National Account Controller wanting to really get into the detail in one of the fastest moving, entrepreneurial, multi-million pound FMCG businesses in the world.
