Our client is an extremely successful supplier of ingredients. Offering a broad product portfolio, the company works closely with its customers to add significant value, bringing to the market some unique and incredibly innovative concepts to act as a win-win for both the business and its customers. A new position has been created, born from a period of sustained and very impressive growth, for a B2B Business Manager.

The purpose of this position is to develop sales with industrial customers. Targeting a range of manufacturers, including international blue-chip companies, you will build relationships cross-functionally, presenting your product range to Purchasing, NPD and Marketing teams. You will be fully responsible for the P&L of this channel, acting as a key member of the Senior Management Team. Your aim will be to increase the range of products into existing customers as well as to develop new business relationships by showcasing the value that you can add to new customers, across the UK as well as on a European level.

This vacancy requires an experienced sales person in the b2b ingredients field. A fantastic track record of winning and growing sales to multi-national food manufacturers, especially in the savoury sector, is essential, as well as managing multi-million pound budgets. Due to the added value nature of the products, you must be able to demonstrate a passion for food, being capable of speaking credibly to both internal as well as customers' Development teams. You will be armed with a broad range of ingredients which can be used in a diverse range of products, so you must be excited by this variety!
