Head of Brand - Food (full-time or part-time)

As a key member of the Senior Management Team you will play a critical role in realising long term aims within the UK market. Your prime responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic, consumer-led marketing strategy to deliver sustainable brand objectives. Leading the marketing team to deliver the business KPIs through a creative marketing plan including ATL & BTL, customer loyalty, research/insights is essential.

We would like to hear from you if you are motivated, high calibre marketing or brand manager with a background in a branded FMCG environment. A strategic thinker, you should possess the confidence to effectively deliver an innovative marketing strategy across the whole business. You will have an abundance of drive, determination and a thirst for success. Please note that this is an entrepreneurial business so the ability and confidence to work independently is required. We may also consider a more senior candidate wanting to work on a 3/4 day a week basis. Perhaps someone retunring from maternity leave and wanting a better work/life balance.
