Retail NAM - East London - Mediterranean Food Products - Top Multiples

Our Client is a contemporary Mediterranean food company, supplying established branded products and own label products into major multiples, foodservice and independent sectors.

The Role:

• Currently looking for a National Account Manager to maintain relationships with the option to develop and grow the current and new accounts.
• The main purpose of the role is to drive profitable growth with existing customers of the business as well as expand the company’s client base with targeted customers.
• Working with top multiples, with large accounts already in place with Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. As well as some food service and convenience sectors.
• The company are based out of East London and the role is office based.

The Candidate:

• The successful candidate will require experience in account management with a proven track record
• Experience of Forecasting, budgeting and an understanding of P&L’s are essential
• A strong communicator and structured negotiator with the ability to develop branded and retailer brand business
• A high level of drive and talent for building relationships internally and externally. Especially between different units within the business. Liaising with NPD, supply chain and operations will be involved.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated individual who strives to maximise sales, control budgets and ability to spot opportunities in the market.
• Experience of Top multiple account management is necessary, Sainsbury’s is preferred.

What’s on Offer:

• £35-40K + car/car allowance + good bonus + package (basic negotiable on experience)
• Office based – days at home will be allowed when necessary and valid.
