  The Company:

  The company produces quality handmade furniture in their British factory. The products are then sold to retailers throughout the UK.

  The collections are of the highest standard and the company themselves have a great reputation for building long lasting, quality furniture.

  The Role:

  The company are looking for a Sales Director to manage their existing team of self employed agents. The successful candidate would also be required to manage some new and existing accounts.

  The Person:

  The successful candidate will have experience

• Overseeing, managing and coaching a sales team

• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets

• Developing relationships with clients

• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

• Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

• Maximising new business development opportunities

  Salary:

  The salary is circa £45,000 depending on experience. The OTE for this role is £80,000+
