My client is looking to recruit an experienced procurement manager to join the senior management team, and manage the supply change to ensure the procurement of raw material, and packaging stock levels along with sales forecast are aligned within customer requirements.

The role
  • Procurement of all raw material and packaging for the business
  • Ensure stock levels are kept to a minimum to minimize waste
  • Provide suppliers with raw material forecast
  • Lead supplier negotiations, and ensure contracts are in place
  • Monitor supplier performance


The candidate
  • Must have experience of procurement with the fresh produce sector
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Be able to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Flexible approach to work
