Package: £50,000 to £55,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits

We have pioneered the food in our category in the UK and have witnessed year on year growth. Our award winning range of organic products is listed in all of the major multiples.

The Opportunity:
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially trained Category Manager to head up the category team. With a team of 2 and working closely with the UK General Manager you will make a significant contribution to developing and delivering our category strategy.

You will create, develop and lead the UK category team – adding structure to our insights and data using this to build better and stronger retailer relationships and ultimately grow our brand and share of category. Also, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of shopper insights and the management of category relationships.

You:
Of graduate calibre with an FMCG background in sales or marketing and category management, you will have significant knowledge of the UK grocery sector. Highly commercial with strong analytical skills and the ability to probe and analyse research information. We are seeking high potential individuals who will act as a ‘sparring partner’ for the UK General Manager on both brand and category strategy
