Our client, a global natural beverages company with instantly recognised and beloved brands, is transitioning to a new commercial operating model, and consequently they are looking to add a highly capable and enthusiastic individual to their Commercial team. They are a business built on core values of product excellence, strong consumer focus and hiring and developing talent.

As the business transitions there is a requirement to ensure that new tools, controls and processes are applied to all UK Commercial trade and promotional activity. Central to this opportunity is the management of the Convenience & Impulse, Wholesale, Discounters and Out Of Home Sectors – c.35% of the total GB promotional and trade spend. You will work alongside the National Accounts team in this sector, evaluating processes and activity, recommending strategic and directional change and ultimately be the “guardian” of promotional sign off.

Graduate educated, highly numerate and analytical with a strong grasp of Excel, you will be able to influence up and down in an organisation and be comfortable driving your own recommendations backed up with credible and well analysed evidence.
