Our client is a small, independent and innovative spirits business whose focus is on quality of product. They are a genuinely great company to work for, as well as fast paced, with everyone in the business passionate about their award winning spirits brands. They are extremely entrepreneurial and require like-minded entrepreneurial folk to join their growing sales team.

They are recruiting a Regional Manager for the North of the UK. Reporting into the Head of On Trade, you will be the face of the company within this area. Your role requirements are to increase availability and grow distribution within key national, regional, wholesale and independent on trade accounts in the North of the UK including Scotland, bringing overall company strategy to life as you do.  You will be responsible for developing distribution opportunities and ROS within the premium on trade across all cities and rural areas as well as managing the route to market in your geography.

This is an exciting role with a great deal of opportunity, we are looking for a high calibre Northern based salesperson, ideally from a spirits background, with a huge amount of passion and energy. You will be well connected with key premium on-trade accounts in the north as well as route to market customers to help drive business. Having P&L responsibility in a previous sales role would also be very advantageous.  Part of this role requires you to develop new business, therefore you must have proven experience in doing this and a keenness to find new opportunities as well as the ability to manage existing key accounts. You will be the face of the brand in the North so an entrepreneurial, passionate, hardworking and creative person is required who is able to work well independently as well as willing to work as part of a close-knit team.
