The Role: The successful Regional Manager will be selling into colleges, school and training bodies, dealing with heads of curriculum and senior managers. This new role is biased towards new business, although you will also inherit some existing accounts to manage and accounts are retained once established. Full services training is provided.
The Company: Currently leading their marketplace, our client is a dominant organisation employing more than 700 professionals. They offer qualification accreditation and services of accrediting awarding bodies and now seek a new Regional Manager to join their UK sales team in the North East.
For this Regional Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong field sales skills
- Experience of higher education is required, for example having taught, verified, adjudicated or having higher education qualifications
- You will be new business focused and used to long lead times
- Confident and credible candidates with a consultative approach are sought
