National Account Controller

Role Profile

A global Health and Beauty business is seeking a highly ambitions National Account Controller or experienced SNAM to join their sales team to head up the Grocery or High Street channel. Here you will look after a range of brands across the portfolio managing a team of around 4 - 6 people. This role reports into the Head of Sales and will be based in Central London. The ideal candidate will have experience in formulating JBPs and a strategic thinker, someone who can influence relationships internally and externally.

As a National Account Controller you will have complete P&L ownership of the channel and responsible for the delivery and leadership of the team. This will involve driving sales and profitability, creating strategic business plans, working cross functionally with the wider business and training / development of the team.

  • Previous sales experience within FMCG
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Multiple channel experience
  • Ability to create strategic JBPs
  • Strong communication skills
