Customer Marketing Manager/ MS&P

Our client, a Global Market Leading FMCG manufacturer, is looking to recruit a Customer Marketing Manager/ Market Strategy & Planning Manager.

You will be responsible for all elements of driving value by turning the commercial programme into an operational plan, providing teams with the detail and the tools to deliver it. Track progress to identify risks or opportunities to sustainably grow the value of the brand portfolio and maximise P+L performance within the channel.In this role you will be responsible for delivering an effective 4P execution based on the business best practice models and an understanding of customers, categories and consumers to maximise profitability.

To review financial & POP KPIs for the specific category and develop choices to develop and rectify. To support creation and alignment the strategic direction for the specific category.

Decision making authority within channel strategy, brand strategy, value management strategy, brand and channel investment models, trade investment recommendation and review, budget control, customer investment prioritisation, requests and controls performance insight and recommendation

You should be strategic with a strong commercial and leadership capability. Proven track record of operational and P&L accountable leadership roles across a broad commercial sphere including brands, customer management, category P&P and customer marketing. Previous experience of leading a team in a Blue Chip environment. Strong knowledge and track record of building brand value in outlet and a proven track record of using consumer and customer insight to drive growth. 

You should be of graduate calibre, have a high level of influencing and communication skills. You must be a driven individual that enjoys a challenge.
